Transneft Energy Increases Number of Delivery Point Clusters in Wholesale Market of Electric Energy and Power

Starting from 1 July 2018, Transneft Energy has received the right to participate in the trade of electric energy and power on the wholesale market of new delivery point clusters in regards to the following facilities:

- Primorsk Oil Terminal (Leningrad Region);

- Transneft Upper Volga (Lobkovo PS in Vladimir Region);

- Yandex DC (Ryazan Region).

The decisions were taken by the Board of the TSA company (Trading System Administrator of Wholesale Electricity Market Transactions).

Thus, from 1 July 2018, Transneft Energy will purchase electricity on the wholesale electric energy and power market for 80 delivery point clusters and organise electricity sales to end users in 46 regions of the Russian Federation.
